Terms of Use

1Purpose

GoHazz is a mobile and web platform that connects:

• Customers: wishing to transport items, parcels or goods;
• Independent Carriers: with suitable vehicles (tricycle, van, medium cargo truck).

GoHazz does not carry out any transport, does not take possession of the goods and does not employ any driver.

2Acceptance

Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use and of the Privacy Policy. Any disagreement must result in not using the Platform.

3Definitions

• Customer: user requesting a Trip.
• Carrier: independent provider performing the Trip.
• Trip: transport assignment negotiated via the Platform.

4Pricing & negotiation

The price is calculated automatically (minimum, recommended, maximum) and then negotiated within set limits. GoHazz charges a commission on each completed Trip.

5Liability

Each Carrier acts as an independent contractor and bears full responsibility for its activity, its documents and the goods transported.
